Lawsuit Filed on Behalf of Taylor family Against Minneapolis Golf Club and Sta-Rite Industries, L.L.C.

On June 29, 2007, six year-old Abigail Taylor became entrapped on the uncovered drain of the kiddie pool at the Minneapolis Golf Club and was disemboweled by the suction of the pool pump. The Complaint alleges negligence against the Minneapolis Golf Club and Sta-Rite along with various products liability claims against Sta-Rite. The lawsuit is venued in Hennepin County District Court.
