The civil rights lawyers at FGB achieved the largest settlement ever involving a Minneapolis police officer. In February of 2003, plainclothes officer Duy Ngo was shot multiple times by a fellow Minneapolis officer. The Minneapolis City Council agreed to settle the case before trial was scheduled to begin for $4.5 million.
