Norovirus, foodborne illness, terrorism threats, crisis response and food allergy awareness are among the significant issues on tap at the Ecolab-sponsored Nation's Restaurant News Food Safety Symposium on September 15-17 at the Charlotte, N.C., campus of Johnson & Wales University. Partner Tom Klosowski will be chairing a workshop on how foodservice organizations can improve their response plans to food safety crises. This second annual two-day event will be held as part of National Food Safety Education Month in September and attracts foodservice operators interested in food safety, security and quality assurance.
