Flynn Gaskins & Bennett is proud to congratulate partner Robert Bennett on his election by his peers to the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the Minnesota Chapter of ABOTA. Membership requirements include trial ability/experience, personal character, and reputation among the bench and bar.
Founded in 1957, ABOTA was formed to preserve the civil jury trial and uphold the United States Constitution Seventh Amendment that ensures justice by the people. Acceptance to ABOTA requires nomination and election by the groups’ members and meets strict guidelines of trial experience and professionalism.
