FGB's civil rights attorneys filed a lawsuit of behalf of Minneapolis family law attorney Karim El-Ghazzawy against Pawn America and a Bloomington police officer.  El-Ghazzawy was arrested after a Pawn America manager named David Wisniewski falsely reported to Bloomington police officer Kay Berthiaume that El-Ghazzawy sold fake watches to Pawn America.  Berthiaume arrested El-Ghazzawy without taking him up on his offer to provide her with documents establishing the authenticity of the watches.  El-Ghazzawy was jailed for 23-hours before being cleared of any wrongdoing.
