Partners Robert Bennett and Jonathan Strauss and associate Andrew Noel have been selected as recipients of the Minnesota State Bar Association's most prestigious award, the Professional Excellence Award.  It is presented annually to members who have demonstrated substantial efforts to advance the legal profession and the administration of justice.  Specifically, the attorneys are being honored for their pro bono work as part of the I-35W Bridge Collapse consortium.  They will be presented with their awards at the MSBA Convention in Duluth, Minnesota on June 25, 2009.
