Bill defends product liability cases, handles cases involving agricultural and dairy product performance, and litigates commercial transactions. He is admitted to practice in the state court of Minnesota, and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. Bill has tried cases to both the jury and the court, and litigated cases involving personal injury, property damage, insurance coverage, claims of clergy abuse, and numerous commercial disputes, including dealership termination claims, breach of contract, warranty claims and acting as local counsel in patent infringement and trademark claims. He represents a manufacturer of agricultural and dairy equipment in litigation nationally.
Bill graduated from Carleton College in Northfield , Minnesota in 1977 with a B.A. in Religion. He received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 1985, graduating magna cum laude. Bill has litigated on behalf of his clients in the state courts of Wisconsin, Indiana, Washington, Texas, Missouri, Ohio and Illinois and in the Federal Courts of Idaho, Washington, Wisconsin, Alabama, Pennsylvania and Minnesota.
Bill has lectured at various Minnesota Continuing Legal Education courses, and has been a guest lecturer on trial practice techniques at both William Mitchell College of Law and the University of Minnesota Law School. He has also appeared as an instructor at the Minnesota Trial Advocacy Institute. Bill is a member of the Hennepin County and Minnesota State Bar Associations. Memberships : Hennepin
