Jeff is an associate attorney practicing in the areas of civil rights litigation, personal injury, commercial litigation and products liability defense. Jeff has second chaired trials on behalf of plaintiffs in both Minnesota state and federal court, and has represented the interests of corporate plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and product liability matters throughout the country. Jeff was part of the trial team that received a verdict worth approximately $300,000 for personal injuries in Ringwelski v. Drussell Well Drilling (2008), Winona County District Court, Minnesota. Jeff also brokered, on behalf of a corporate plaintiff, a satisfactory settlement in excess of $400,000 on the eve of trial in the course of a confidential, AAA arbitration proceeding regarding breaches of contract.
Jeff joined F|G|B in April of 2008, after practicing at Oppenheimer, Wolff & Donnelly. He earned his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. While in law school, Jeff was a member of the National Moot Court team and received the Dean's Award in both Pretrial Litigation and Negotiation. Jeff has also served as an Adjunct Professor for the University of St. Thomas School of Law moot court program, and as a mentor for the University of St. Thomas School of Law’s mentor program.
