Ashley is an associate attorney practicing in the areas of plaintiffs’ civil rights and personal injury litigation, product liability defense, commercial litigation, and employment law.Ashley has represented the interests of both plaintiffs and corporate defendants in federal court, second chaired a jury trial on behalf of a corporate defendant in the U.S. District Court-District of Minnesota, Reuben v. Invensys, Inc., 2008 WL 5971202, and assisted a national financial institution in obtaining a favorable result from a FINRA arbitration panel on a trade secret and restrictive covenant case. Ashley joined Flynn, Gaskins, & Bennett in September of 2008 after clerking for the Hon. Thomas J. Kalitowski at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. While attending law school, Ashley served as Supervising Editor of the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science, & Technology and Student Director of the UMN’s Child Advocacy Clinic.
